[INDOT] Overnight I-465 Restrictions at Allisonville Road

Lane Restrictions on I-465 at Allisonville Road Ramps

 

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and Walsh Construction, the state’s contractor, plan traffic restrictions tonight on Interstate 465 near the Allisonville Road interchange. 

 

Walsh crews will place temporary concrete barrier wall along the Allisonville Road ramps to eastbound and westbound I-465 beginning at 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 24.  I-465 in both directions will have a double right lane restriction until 5 a.m. Wednesday, April 25.  The eastbound I-465 restriction will be between Allisonville Road and the 82nd Street overpass, and the westbound restriction will be between Allisonville Road and the end of the northwest ramp.   

 

During Work Zone Awareness Week (April 23-27) and always, INDOT urges drivers to be cautious while driving through all work zones and to follow the safety tips listed at www.WorkZoneSafety.IN.gov.
