Entry Description
Scott County-Yesterday evening, Trooper Tony Brishaber from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg arrested Jeremy W. Mullins, 33, of Bogardus Road, Austin, for three counts of Child Molesting, A Felony and two counts of Child Molesting, C Felony.
The arrest was the result of an investigation that began in mid December of 2011. In the investigation it was alleged that during the night time hours of December 17, 2011, Jeremy W. Mullins sneaked in the window of a residence in Scottsburg, IN. After he entered the residence he allegedly molested a thirteen year old child. He allegedly then left the residence back out of the window when the parents of the child became aware he was in the home.
An arrest warrant was issued for Jeremy W. Mullins out of the Scott County Circuit Court and he was arrested at his residence without incident.
Jeremy W. Mullins was incarcerated in the Scott County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
All subjects are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. |
