IN.gov Account > BMV Record Searches > Auto Dealer Auto Dealer

The following defines the qualification and the enhanced access rights for the BMV Record search applications that validated Auto Dealers will receive.

Qualification Requirements

All of the following qualifying requirements must be met:

  1. Auto Dealer License Number is found in the Secretary of State's list of licensed auto dealers
  2. Auto Dealer address on file with the Secretary of State matches the address on file with IN.gov
  3. IN.gov must have an Indiana address on file
